• Account Information: email address and account identifiers used to authenticate you and manage access to devices.

• Identifiers: a device-related identifier generated by the app to help establish and manage device connections.

• Usage Data: information about how you interact with the app, such as screen views, feature usage, device selection, connection attempts, and similar product interaction events.

• Diagnostics: crash reports and error information used to diagnose failures and improve app reliability.

• Device Access Metadata: information needed to connect to and control authorized Motusphera devices through local network or cloud services.

Permissions and On-Device Features

Kinetic may request access to:

• Camera, to support hand-tracking and interactive visual features.

• Microphone, to support audio-reactive features.

• Bluetooth, to scan for and connect to supported devices.

• Local Network, to discover and communicate with compatible hardware on your network.

Camera and microphone input are used to power app features. Based on the current app design, raw camera and microphone content is processed on-device for those features and is not uploaded by us unless this policy is updated.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• authenticate users;

• connect to and control authorized devices;

• provide app features and maintain secure sessions;

• analyze feature usage and improve the app;

• diagnose crashes, errors, and reliability issues.

Third-Party Services

Kinetic uses third-party service providers that may process information on our behalf, including:

• Firebase Analytics

• Firebase Crashlytics

• Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Cognito, IoT, and AppConfig

These providers process data as needed to provide analytics, diagnostics, authentication, cloud connectivity, and configuration services.

We may share data with service providers only as needed to operate the app, authenticate users, connect devices, analyze usage, and diagnose crashes or service issues.
