Kinetic Support
Kinetic is the control app for Motusphera kinetic and lighting installations. The app lets you connect to compatible systems, manage movement and lighting behavior, and access supported cloud-connected features when signed in.

Quick Start
Make sure your Motusphera device is powered on. If you are using local control, confirm your iPhone is on the same network as the device.
Open Kinetic and allow the app a moment to connect. If your installation uses cloud-connected features, sign in with your Kinetic account.
Open the Settings area in the app for connection and device options.
Troubleshooting
The app does not connect to my device: Confirm the device is powered on and fully started. Confirm your phone is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. Close and reopen the app, then try reconnecting. If your installation supports cloud access, confirm you are signed in to the correct account.
The device appears disconnected: Check the network connection for both the device and your phone. Restart the device if needed. Restart the app and reconnect.
Other issues: Make sure the app is up to date. Contact support if a feature you expect does not appear or you have trouble signing in.
Do I need an account to use Kinetic?
A Kinetic account is only required for account-based features such as supported cloud-connected access and account management. Non-account-based features can be used without creating an account.
