Delete Your Kinetic Account
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Kinetic account. Deleting your account will permanently remove your access to account-based Kinetic features. This action cannot be undone.
When your account is deleted: - You will lose access to account-based features - Your account profile and related app data will be deleted or de-identified - You may lose access to cloud-connected features associated with your account - Some information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping
Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, submit the account deletion request form below. Please provide your Kinetic account email address and confirm your intent to permanently delete the account.
What Happens Next
We will process your request after confirming it was submitted by the account owner. You may be asked to complete a confirmation step for security purposes.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be completed as soon as reasonably possible. For most requests, processing is completed within 7 business days.
